Terms & policy

  • Please make sure the ordered product details such as OE number, Vehicle Application and Product Quantity are correct before checking out. Once the payment is settled, we will not accept any adjustment of the order details.
  • Please make sure the shipping address corresponds with your PayPal Registered Address before making the payment. Products can only be shipped to PayPal registered addresses. 
  • Please make sure the payment amount and shipping information are correct before checking out. Changes after payment confirmation or requests for shipping to unregistered PayPal addresses will not be accepted.
  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the payment is received. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following working days.
  • All products will be packed in good condition. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you via registered email for further solutions.
  • You will receive the shipping status notification (Tracking / Waybill No.) from the registered email when your order has been shipped. 
  • All the listed products are shipped from Taiwan and dispatch worldwide by DHL.
  • Due to Covid-19,  currently our free shipping country coverage includes as follows : 
    • Conterminous United States, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Brunei, Laos, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand.
  • Prices stated DOES NOT include VAT, import duties, taxes, inland shipping charges, and any other charges. All the charges should be borne by the customers.
  • Custom clearance processes vary from countries and states, please check with your local custom office for any additional charges that might occur.
  • Special discounts are available for combined shipments of several orders, feel free to contact us for further information.
  • PartsLINQ accepts payment by credit card including Visa, JCB and MasterCard. (Supported by Newebpay)
  • PartsLINQ accepts payment by Paypal.
  • We stand by our product quality 100% and take pride in our service. If you are not satisfied with the product received, please contact us prior to the dissatisfaction before leaving any negative feedback, we will be more than happy to help. 
  • Once you receive the parcel, please check if the package is complete, if any obvious damage appears on the package, please reject the parcel and inform us immediately.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any problem with the products. Our customer service will assist you at once.
  • Please inform us when you encounter the following situations within 3 days after you receive the product, and send descriptive details on the problem with pictures for confirmation. All cases shall be filed no later than 14 days after receiving the parcel. 
  • We provide a full refund if the item has a defect prior to usage. 

( ※ In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at partslinqinc@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. )

  • We provide a refund if the product doesn’t fit properly. 
  • We provide a 60% refund or return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or bought the wrong item, under the premise that you have not installed the item yet and the item is intact without defects.
  • Refund amount shall be returned to the original payment method. 
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customers. 
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Vehicle compatibility list is for reference purpose only, actual fitment and specs correspond with the OE number stated in the product detail.
  • All vehicle specs identification should be based on car VIN number.
  • Listed products might vary a little from the pictures by color or formation of details which DOES NOT affect quality nor usage.
